Anyone have any fun and positive plans for the summer? I figured this forum could use some positivity after so much doom and gloom!

I've actually bought a bike (haven't owned one in years) and I'm going to get back into biking. I used to love it and just for whatever reason, when my last bike broke, I never got another one. They say you never forget how to ride a bike, I hope that's true LOL!

Good for you! That's a great idea. I'm actually going to take more walks and head to the beach when I can. I've always loved to swim and haven't really done it much, even though I live near a lake with a nice beach. Something always came up to stop me, but now I have more time :DOriginally posted by Mike View PostI've actually bought a bike (haven't owned one in years) and I'm going to get back into biking. I'm just gonna take it easy and enjoy a nice lazy summer. Haven't had one of those in...I don't even know when. Honestly, I have to admit I've been enjoying feeling "off the hook" in terms of going out on weekends. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a few social outings, but last summer it was like there was something going on every weekend and it really got stressful after a while. I'm just going to be grateful for what I have now instead of wishing I had something else. :)

Me too! I think this is a great idea and kinda something most people in our country should do! I'm usually someone who loves to travel, especially in the US, but it's just not something any of us should be doing (unless we absolutely have to - e.g not for a fun reason) until COVID gets under control here. It's really scary out there!!!Originally posted by bonniekins View PostI'm just gonna take it easy and enjoy a nice lazy summer. Haven't had one of those in...I don't even know when. Thanks for sharing everyone! It's nice to see such positive responses :D I know most of us can't do much, at least not like we used to, but it's good to hear that everyone's finding ways to enjoy themselves regardless! Happy Summer everyone and stay safe!
