If you feel like you're in a rut, it's never too late to try something new. Whether it is something weight loss related or not, do something that will make you feel good about yourself. A little challenge can make you feel great about who you are, especially during times like these.

I agree! I always like trying new hobbies. Igniting your creativity is a great way to feel good about yourself and have a good time, too. :) Sometimes, it's not just being physically active that is important, but being mentally active as well by accessing different parts of your brain. :)
