    Best scale

What is the best and most accurate scale for weighing yourself and what surface is best, too? I'm really trying to get an accurate reading

Thanks for mentioning the moisture thing Lia! I had no idea that that could even be an issue but that makes a lot of sense. My first instinct is to always put the scale in the bathroom . I'm going to put it somewhere else and see if I get better results. I've decided to buy a digital scale BTW. Just easier to read.

Any scale will do. Just keep it in the same place (the flatest surface you can find in the driest area you can find). I recommend finding a product made from a trusted brand and that has lots and lots of reviews from consumers.

I agree. I really think a scale should be used as a tool. No matter where you put it in your home, once you find a place you like, leave it there and always use this same spot to weigh yourself. Even if it's not an entirely accurate reading, as long as it is consistent about the inaccurate reading, you can still get a good idea if you're losing any weight because the number should still go down. In terms of the best scale, I personally like the digital ones.
