I’ve set a weight loss goal for myself for this year. I want to fit into a full dress size smaller by the middle of March. That way, when I start wearing cooler clothes, I will like myself more.

I think it depends on the woman, how tall she is, how much she weighs at the start. For most people who need to lose weight to get into their healthy zone, 1 to 2 pounds every week is a really good rate.
REmember that you won't lose weight every week, even if you're still burning fat. You'll hit a plateau where it doesn't show on the scale. That's because you're burning away fat but building up muscle...which is heavy. So it looks like you're not losing weight but it's because your body is changing shape to be more toned.

Yes I did do it Mike! Thanks for asking :) I feel so good that I managed to do it. I've set myself a whole new goal that I hope to have completed by the end of June.
