Is it possible for me to lose 10 pounds in as little as two weeks or is that really dangerous? I think the most I've ever lost in a week is 2 pounds, but I'm sure if I tried really hard I could lose 5, it's not that much more, right? If I wanted to achieve that how much more would I have to exercise and how many fewer calories would I have to eat? Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated!!
If you want real and healthy weight loss, boost your exercise intensity and regularity and eat more fiber and lean protein and watch your fat and carb intake. Avoid all processed foods, and steer clear of alcohol, soda, refined sugar and salt. Burn more calories than you eat and you might not lose 10 pounds, but you'll lose more than 2 and it will be actual fat loss.
