I know South Beach has been around for a long time. Does anyone know if there are any clinical studies associated with this diet? Any scientific proof at all that it actually works, especially long-term?

This is not a diet that has been studied in any real way, but it should work just fine for you as long as it's something you are committed to following. .Originally posted by bonniekins View PostIt should work as long as you stick to it.
