I feel bad that I haven't been online this past week. Sometimes I am just too busy and then too tired to make the effort. Same goes for dieting, which is why I'm in this predicament.
Funny, I ate fast food this week too and felt awful guilty about it. I had a fillet o fish and double cheese burger from mc donald's. I gasped when I read on the package that the fillet o fish is over 400 calories. I read that after I ate it and I felt so bad. I too skipped dinner that night, but I was starving and I think it made me overeat the next day. It just wasn't worth it, but I don't know why I didn't stop myself. I knew better, but did it anyway.
I am really going to try to stay on track this weekend, but it's going hard. I have a dinner to go to tonight and then it's Thanksgiving with the family on sunday (I live in Canada). I love being social and hate dreading it because I know I won't stick to my diet. Either way, I have to take every day as a new day and try my best.
How about you. What are you doing this weekend? It sounds like you are at a plateau with your diet. What can you do to try to get past that?
