  • Hi there. Sorry, what with being sick last week this week has been really busy with catching up with work and life.

    Well, my weight I think is OK, but I haven't weighed myself yet this week. I think I'll wait till friday. My pants are still fitting like they did last week, which is how I keep myself in check sometimes. I hate laundry days though cause then my pants shrink and I feel so fat again, lol.

    I had a bit of a mishap yesterday when my husband brought home McDonald's. I was too tired to decline (excuses, excuses, I know). Today I am being much better. I am planning on having broiled red snapper with a small amount of butternut squash and wild rice for dinner.

    I have been going for longer walks this week, which has been nice, but my knees are starting to hurt when I go to stand up. Does that happen to you too? I hope that once my muscles get stronger I will feel more capable and maybe my aches and pains will go away.

    Wow, carrying around a one year old sounds like good exercise in deed. She must be really cute - I just think small children are adorable. I have a three year old niece who I got to go trick or treating with this past weekend. It was so exciting. I haven't had that much fun on halloween since I was a kid. Children really do keep you young I think.

    Well, this is about it for me this week. Not too exciting is it? Oh well. I hope you are having a great week. Do you have any new recipes to share?
