What is Hatha Yoga? I'm only curious because I thought meditation was sort of a component for all yoga. I mean, you have to poses for so long and it's about focusing on your breathing and things...isn't that what meditation kinda is? Or am I confusing meditation with mindfulness?

That said, basically Hatha Yoga is essentially the type of yoga you think about when you think of "yoga' In general terms. It is a practice that involves focusing on breath, body and mind. Essentially it's about controlled breathing and posture.

Without different options, we wouldn't be able to experience as much as we do. :)
