    Three Things that are Essential for Weight Loss

    I came across this interesting article that said that there are three things that you need to do to lose weight: Eat more vegetables, Eat less sugar, Eat more whole foods. I think that this is good advice, and it`s something we can all do. What do you guys think? I included the link to the article if you're interested in checking it out :)

    I believe the reason that so much research is repeating the same results that we do not find surprising is due to scientists trying to get it through out thick skulls that there is no quick fix for weight loss. There's isn't one food or magic treatment that is going to lead to healthy and fast weight loss. Losing weight the right way takes time and a whole lot of effort.

    I can agree with these three things. It does make a lot of sense. That said, I also think drinking more water, getting proper sleep, and getting regular exercise is really essential for weight loss. Don't get me wrong, what you eat is important but it takes more than just watching what you eat to really lose weight.
