Can anyone recommend a really good place to find free fitness videos online that aren’t just garbage. I’m looking for something that is actually good, but I don’t want to pay for it.

That's pretty much where I go. Youtube has a lot of them. If you go for the short ones, you can pretty much memorize them after one or two runs and then you don't even need to play them anymore.Originally posted by CuJo1992 View Postyoutube is pretty good for these videos. Look up sparkpeople's coach nicole or look up rodney yee. They're two people I like the most because they're "real".

You're right about Youtube. It has a ton of videos. Vimeo is also good. If you search for specifics, you'll find pretty much anything, for free without commercials. I also find the ones that Sparkpeople put out are pretty good. I think they are on youtube if you don't want to sign up on the diet website.

I find that there are a lot of really bad free videos out there but at the same time, there are a few handfuls of super great ones. It's just a matter of fidnign the ones that you like and then making sure to bookmark them so that you'll be able to find them again.Originally posted by Penny View Postare free videos really good or shoudl you just pay for one?
