What’s the best type of stroller to use for power walking to burn off the weight?

try them out in the store. DOn't just order them online without actually giving them a go. Try to get one that has a sun shade in both directions, get one with one wheel in the front instead of two (they're way more stable and easier to turn) and get one with big wheels instead of the little dinky ones. THe ones that have pretty good treads on them are also good because they'll manage better over a lot of surfaces and in several kinds of weather. I'm personally taken with the kind that convert from car seats to strollers, but they're more expensive so it depends on your budget. -
It's a really good idea to not cheap out on this one. Especially if this is for your first child and you are planning to have more than one. I personally had the type of stroller that converted into a high chair and then a car seat. As handy as it was I didn't find that it performed as well as when I'd previously had the individual pieces. You'll likely sacrifice a bit of function for convenience if you choose that.Comment

out of curiosity, do they make these things convertible into sleighs or something like that so that you can use them in the wintertime even when there is a lot of snow or is it just a matter of getting one that has really good wheels on it?
If that's the case, do you get really big wheels or look for monster sized treads in the wheels? What are features to look for in that area?Comment
