What I don’t think is great about this pill is that people may be more inclined to cheat on their diets or make poor food choices and just assume that Proactol will stop them from gaining weight. The bottom line with Proactol, as it is with every other weight loss product out there, is if you want to lose weight you will need to combine Proactol with a healthy, low-cal diet and regular exercise. Without diet and exercise you will likely not see any weight loss results, whether or not you are taking Proactol.

For the penny-pinchers out there who really want to see if Opuntia ficus-indica will help you shed the pounds I would suggest that you purchase Prickly Pear extract from a local health store or online herbal store. These extracts can be bought from anywhere between $6 - $20, which will work out to be much cheaper than the $89.95 for a months supply that Proactol is selling for.
