Ground Beef Barbecue

3 lb Lean Ground beef
1 Onion, (large), chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
5 stalks Celery, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Cider vinegar
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1 tsp Mustard seed
3 1/2 cups Catsup


Brown meat in skillet and drain off fat. Transfer meat to slow-cooker. Add all remaining ingredients stirring well to blend. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. Serve over whole grain bun or cooked brown rice.
