Buy fresh foods – Whenever possible, always buy fresh foods and avoid pre-made, processed foods that are typically high in starch, sodium and sugar, low in nutrition, and filled with chemicals such as preservatives and other ingredients that are difficult to pronounce and won’t add anything to your body but weight.
