Too much alcohol and too many carbonated beverages can have an adverse effect on the appearance of the belly. Try not to drink too much of either if you are wanting to keep the bloat down. Even chewing gum can allow gas to escape into the stomach and add to the bloat. Try for a balanced diet and always strive for good nutrition, and everything including the good things in moderation.
