Yield: 3 sandwiches
Ingredients:
3 slices Veggie back bacon
3 slices whole grain bread, toasted
2 tbsp fat-free Mayo
1/2 tsp Dried Dill Weed
1 Large Tomato, sliced
3 slices low-fat Swiss Cheese

Preparation:
Spread toast with mayonnaise; sprinkle with dill. Place toast slices on serving plate; top with tomato, bacon and cheese slices. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until cheese begins to melt, 1 to 1-1/2 minutes.
