Anyone who is interested in taking Phentermine to help them manage their weight may be interested to know that this medication is available in three different dosages: 15 mg capsules, 30 mg capsules and 37.5 mg tablets. In addition to different types of dosages, Phentermine is also sold in different brand name forms by more than one manufacturer.

While you should consult with your health care provider before you obtain Phentermine, you might find it interesting to know that many people who take this prescription weight loss pill often take Phentermine 37.5 tablets. Why? There are different reasons, but many find that this particular dosage is very effective in aiding in weight loss, as they are less likely to feel hungry or tired.

However, just because it is possible to achieve effect weight reduction results with this drug, it is imperative that you never forget that it is not a substitute for a healthy, controlled diet and proper exercise. It is designed to be used in combination with these elements. Furthermore, many people make the mistake of thinking that when they are on the medication, they can eat whatever foods they want. This is a total misconception. Phentermine 37.5 tablets are meant to assist your weight loss by reducing your appetite, increasing metabolism and boosting energy, but is only effective when combined with a calorie-reduced diet and increased exercise.

Therefore, it is essential that you discuss a diet and exercise plan with your doctor that you intend to keep up when taking Phentermine 37.5 tablets. Also, bear in mind that Phentermine is not a long term weight loss treatment and is only a temporary solution that typically lasts 12-24 weeks. Plus, it is primarily prescribed to help those who desperately need to shed the excess weight that is posing a risk to their health. Thus, it may not be the perfect solution for you.

Last but not least, you will discover that depending on the brand of Phentermine you are prescribed, the 37.5 tablets may differ in appearance. The generic form of Phentermine 37.5 mg tablets are white pills and have very small blue speckles on them.

Hi...Been taking them for three weeks now. Never felt any energy, (as a matter of fact I feel sluggish) I'm still hungry, and haven't lost a pound. I really wish these would work for me.

Is this the absolute strongest prescription weight loss pill that is legally available or are there other ones out there that are even stronger?

0 # easier to swallow as capsulesGina 2012-03-10 19:10
I found that when it came time to swallowing the pills, the capsule form was easier than the tablet. Especially in the morning when I find it hard to swallow anything at all. Even though you can cut the tablets to make them easier to swallow, my doctor said not to because it makes them less effective.

Talk to your doctor about side effects before you start using this product because they can be very strong.
A lot of them go away in the first little while, but some of them might not so you’ll want to be ready for them first.

This is, in my opinion, the most effective prescription weight loss drug available. It helps you to really shake off that extra weight without needing a lot of time. The side effects stink, though.

Aside from the jittery side effects, I actually enjoyed my experience with Phentermine 37.5. I've since found a non prescription alternative that I like a lot, but I'd still recommend this pill, too. :D

These pills are the one prescription pills that ever worked for me, except that the side effects make their great benefits not worthwhile. it's a real shame. They really do make it a lot easier to lose weight, but when you feel sick and head-achy all the time, it's hard to keep it up and stay motivated. I think this is probably the best solution for many people but not me.
